This is once a payment goes through. Payment processing fees are non refundable to Gaia Crystals & Lifestyle and the buyer.

If your item arrives damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours from the tracking delivery time.
Please contact us about this ASAP!

We are not responsible for buyer damage after arrival. This means dropped, broken, etc due to buyer error.

Gaia Crystals & Lifestyle is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us ASAP. We will be happy to make it right!
Just provide your order information and a picture of what you received.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the buyer.
Please double check and confirm that your address is correct/complete (with apt, unit, house #) before completing your order.

If you realize a mistake before your order has shipped there may be time to correct this, just please make sure to contact ASAP so that we can try to adjust it before shipping.
